Privacy Policy

The data controller is Velostays, your host, at Central Nicosia, just outside the city walls, Nicosia, Cyprus. You can reach us any time at hello@velostays.com or +357 99 000 000.

Only what you voluntarily enter in the guest feedback form: your name (or nickname), a star rating, and any comment you write. That's it. We don't ask for your address, payment details or ID here, and we don't run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this page.

To understand how your stay went, fix problems, improve the apartment and the guidebook, and — if you've asked something — to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, given when you choose to send the form, together with our legitimate interest in improving the stay for future guests.

Your host, and nobody else. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't pass it to third parties except where the law requires it.

Only as long as it's useful for improving the stay — normally no more than 24 months — and we delete it sooner if you ask.

Under the EU GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Just email hello@velostays.com and say what you'd like — we'll action it within one month, free of charge. If you're not happy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
